London to Accra direct flights Virgin Atlantic

Virgin Atlantic airways offer direct flights between Heathrow and Accra, the capital of Ghana, using an Airbus A340-300 aircraft with 240 seats onboard -34 Upper Class, 35 Premium Economy and 171 Economy.

The VS flights from London Heathrow Airport are expected to depart on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays at 2230 and arrive in Accra at 0415. Return flights from Accra are expected to depart on Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays from Kotoka International Airport at 1015 and will arrive at 1800 into LHR the same day[1]. Flights will be timed to offer good connections to and from New York Newark.

The Upper Class experience also includes checking in at the Heathrow Upper Class Wing use of airport lounge.

Virgin Atlantic's new services will bring much needed competition onto this route, breaking BA's virtual monopoly. Nearly 200,000 people fly between London and Accra each year and our new services will give them more choice and better value for money.
